What to expect
Local help.
Handled right.
Send wide photos of the whole space and close-ups of especially heavy or unusual items. We commonly remove boxes, household overflow, furniture, shelving that can be handled safely, old tools, lawn equipment, bicycles, toys, outdoor gear, appliances, cardboard, and selected renovation leftovers.
Identify paint, fuel, oil, propane cylinders, batteries, pesticides, chemicals, ammunition, firearms, refrigerants, asbestos-containing material, sharps, or unidentified containers before service. Some materials require approved local disposal or a specialized provider.
You do not need to drag everything outside. The most helpful preparation is making decisions: clearly mark keep items, secure papers and valuables, identify hazardous materials, unlock access, and keep children and pets away from the work area.
Common questions
Before
we begin.
Can you clean out only part of my garage?
Yes. Small and partial cleanouts are welcome. Photos help define the exact corner, wall, shelves, or item group involved.
Do I have to sort everything first?
No, but clear keep and remove instructions are important. If many items require individual decisions, create a review area.
Can you remove shelves or cabinets?
Selected light dismantling may be available depending on attachment, utilities, structure, tools, and safety. Send detailed photos first.
Will you sweep afterward?
The crew tidies the immediate work area after agreed removal. Deep cleaning, stain treatment, or pest cleanup should be discussed separately.
Can you remove paint and chemicals?
Disclose them first. Many paints, fuels, solvents, pesticides, and unidentified containers require specific disposal and may not be accepted as standard junk.
